The ideal candidate will be responsible for Generate the lead through different portal for growing our team related Web and mobile application technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as designers and project managers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You will play a key role in the development of new features and functionality and in the maintenance and optimization of existing systems.
• Familiarize yourself with all the services offered by our company (Like mobile, web, E-commerce).• Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained. • Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients. • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. • Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices. • Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes. • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant. • Understanding the project requirement & making client relations. • Getting business through different channels (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer) Email Marketing etc. Requirements: • Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar. • Extensive IT sales experience. • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior. • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
